The Builder
I have been making custom instruments for more than 25 years, one at a time, from my workshop near Austin. Whether you desire a more traditional look and feel, or something one of a kind, anything is possible. Carving and finishing wood to realize its potential gives me joy, and getting the details right brings me great satisfaction.

To build instruments that will inspire new music for many decades to come, and hopefully much longer than that.
Signature Models
Although I am most known for my Orion, Neo, Meso, and GT guitars I can also make a mean archtop, ES or flat top. I have put a fresh spin on many classic instrument designs from D'Angelico to...you name it.
Curating the finest materials
Whether you are looking for old growth mahogany, vintage korina, sinker spruce, figured koa, Texas ebony - or something truly exotic - there is a good chance that I have some pre-aged and ready to use.
Bespoke
If it can be drawn or modeled then it can be carved or sculpted. Perhaps not every design is feasible in every material but I can work with you to make abstractions and visions become playable realities.
